The Duchess of Cambridge decided to make an appearance in a new charity video about raising awareness and striking up more conversations about mental health issues for the Anna Freud National Centre. Middleton’s video is titled “You’re never too young to talk mental health” and it’s an animated short that includes a brief introduction by the Duchess. As Middleton says in the video, “sometimes, it’s just a simple conversation that can make things better.” Well said, Kate.
