- 90806 – $90.05 (90806 = 45-50 minute psychotherapy session)
- 90847 – $105.69 (90847 = family therapy with patient present / couples counseling)
- 90846 – $84.33 (90846 = family therapy without patient present)
BCBS: Masters (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC)

How much does blue cross blue shield pay for groups?
I am currently in a Masters of Counseling program and was wondering if you could provide me with some information. I am looking for North Carolina and South Carolina’s mental health fee schedules and I am having a hard time. Do you happen to know where I can find them? Also, does each insurance provider reimburse differently, or is it uniform across the board?
