Rodolfo Rosado, Ph.D., Psychologist

Philosophy of Care

As a scientist, practitioner, and healer my work primarily emphasizes alleviating suffering for the people I serve. This involves an initial assessment to understand underlying causes. Some difficulties stem from biological phenomenon, while other problems result from life experiences or socio-political toxins. Usually the causes involve a combination of factors.

An initial assessment helps identify problems and weaknesses, as well as strengths and capabilities. We focus on addressing problems and weaknesses, while highlighting strengths as the foundation of a treatment plan. An individual's personal resources help them cope and function, as all as address other difficulties that they will face in life.

In some cases Psychological Evaluations are recommended for children or adults when more extensive examination and detailed information is needed.
All services are provided in Spanish and English. Areas related to spiritual belief are also recognized as fundamental characteristics.
