Fritz Heidenreich

Fritz is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Arkansas. He received his Bachelors of Arts in Secondary Education from Arkansas Tech University and Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. He is currently enrolled in a PhD program at the International Institute of Clinical Sexology to become a Certified Sexual Therapist. Fritz has worked with all populations, but primarily works with adults 18 and over.

He was worked with people who suffer from a variety of mental conditions-Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorders, Intimacy, Psychosis, PTSD, Relational Issues. His desire is to work alongside the client to help the client achieve full potential. He is especially interested in helping people with intimacy issues. Fritz believes in a person-centered approach that emphasizes the desires of the client. He believes that all people are capable of positive change. His goal is to help clients realize optimum functioning.

Letha Richardson, LPC

Letha Richardson is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the state of AR. She received her undergraduate in Psychology at University of Central Arkansas, Masters of Counseling with specialty in Rehabilitation Counseling at University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership with emphasis on Behavioral Health from Grand Canyon University. She has worked in a variety of settings from outpatient community mental health, court-based therapeutic settings, and inpatient hospitalization.

She has experience working with clients with various mental health disorders including, but not limited to depression, anxiety, mood disorder, PTSD, grief issues, adjustment disorders, substance use issues, faith/spiritual issues, and career/life transitions. Sarah Bramblett, LMFT

Sarah is a graduate of Amridge University, where she received a Masters of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy. Sarah has worked with a wide range of individuals and families, adults and children, to deal with life’s challenges. Using a systemic approach, she helps her clients understand forces at work in their lives and find ways they are comfortable with to manage and overcome the difficulties they are experiencing. Sarah encourages her clients to use their strengths and knowledge to maximize their abilities to cope with hardships.

Sarah’s focus is to be real and authentic with her clients and understands that it can be difficult to reach out for help. Because of this, she commits to working with each client in a unique way to help them be comfortable in counseling and still face the difficulties that brought them to her. Sarah’s passion for helping people who are hurting and unsatisfied with “the way things are” has enabled her to help numerous families, couples, parents, children, and individuals find a balance in life and new ways to thrive.

Jennifer Smitha, LPC

Jennifer Smitha is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arkansas. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with distinction from Henderson State University and her Master of Science in Community Counseling at the University of Central Arkansas. She has 13 years of experience in the mental health field.

She works well with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, anger management issues, grief/loss, low self-esteem, and parenting. She is highly passionate about working with LGBTQIA, women’s health issues, relational issues, couples counseling, and family with particular focus on validation parenting.

Jo Ann Clay is a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, with Prescriptive Authority, as well as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. She is Adult certified, and has over 15 years experience as an APRN, and 30 years experience in the Mental Health field. She has treated a variety of disorders, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, insomnia, drug and alcohol issues.

Jo Ann believes that Medicine management requires finding the best medication for the client. That requires diagnostics and disclosure. Second is managing symptoms and side effects. She always wants to hear how well the medication is working (efficacy) as well as problems that might arise (side effects). Third is prescription refill.

Good medicine requires trust and excellent communication. Jo Ann requires patients to be in therapy to receive medication services.

His therapy style is primarily humanistic with a focus on developing a strong therapeutic alliance to gather insight into the origin of problematic behaviors and the use of mindfulness-based cognitive-behavioral skills development to affect meaningful change in an individual’s life. He is continually working to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in treatment and is working to incorporate more trauma-informed care principles into his practice.
