Nervous newbie that found real help!

I had been debating seeking help for my depression and anxiety for a while but I was very nervous. Luckily for me, I found this Stoughton location while researching online, it was conveniently located and reasonably priced, so I went for it. I made an appointment with Dylan and showed up still uneasy about seeking help, but he sensed that and immediately started to put me at ease. By the end of the appointment, I felt at ease and hopeful for the first time in a long time. I don't know what the end result will be but I am definitely going to continue to come and would highly recommend Dylan and this location to anyone who is looking for help!
