Dr. Adriana Morales is both a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst in the State of Tennessee who has over 26 years of clinical experience partnering with children, adolescents and their families as well as adults with intellectual disabilities (ID) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Dr. Morales completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University, received her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Carlos Albizu, APA accredited program in Miami, Florida. Dr. Morales utilizes strength-based approach, cognitive behavioral strategies, mindfulness and solution-focused therapy. She always maintains an awareness necessary to best meet the needs of every unique individual, couples and families. Tonia Goodrich is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Tennessee who has 10 years of experience partnering with adults and couples seeking help with depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, as well as women’s issues and relationship issues. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Troy University, her Master of Science in Community Counseling from Troy University, and received her Doctorate in Counseling Education and Supervision from Auburn University.
Tonia utilizes relational, collaborative, strength based, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness based, solution focused and emotionally focused approaches to therapy. She believes this increases the client’s engagement, ownership of responsibility and successes as well as the personal insight, and awareness necessary to best meet the needs of every unique individual and couple.

Philosophy of Care
Valerie McKinney is a Licensed Professional Counselor – Mental Health Care Provider. Valerie is a graduate from the University of Memphis and has over 16 years of experience.
She enjoys working with adults (18 and over) who are interested in addressing issues that are holding them back or hindering them from reaching their potential in any or all areas of their lives. She encourages, supports, and asks thought provoking questions as the client identifies and explores life changing issues.
Valerie uses an eclectic approach in the therapeutic process with an emphasis on developing therapeutic rapport while using Reality Therapy, Cognitive Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
