Courtney Scott, LMHC
Philosophy of Care
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, with emphasis on the psychodynamic perspective, Courtney is invested in fostering and empowering the utmost potential of an individual by means of unearthing deep-seated impressions, that inadvertently unravel into outward expression. Everyday circumstances challenge our established foundations on both a personal and universal level, where safety and comfort are sought in a world encompassed in judgement, repercussion, misinterpretation, burden, shame, or guilt. Courtney recognizes that there is no sole route toward exploring one’s own truth and cultivation of healing. She values the practice of respect and building confidence, in order to earn trust that is sacred to a therapeutic relationship.
Courtney hopes to help you achieve levels of autonomy and liberation while utilizing interdisciplinary alliances between unconventional and traditional techniques. In doing so, she can effectively guide you toward any desired extension of the self facilitated by reflection, discovery, and awareness. Some ways of accomplishing this goal can include use of methods similar to Free-Association, Cognitive Restructuring, Internal Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, Crisis Prevention, and the like.
You are encouraged to come as you are and collaborate at a pace of your own. Life’s paths are indisputably multifaceted and you are invited to flourish!

Rhiannon Gillespie, Resident in Counseling
Philosophy of Care
Are you looking for a deeper purpose in your life?
Is there a longing to work through and free yourself and your body from the emotions that are built up inside of you?
We all have places in our life where we feel stuck. Working together, we will identify those blocks and find ways for you to overcome them. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you are able to show up fully as you, offering an opportunity for self discovery and empowerment. I strongly believe that we all deserve to feel fully alive, to show up as our unique and authentic selves and be loved for that.
Using a compassionate, holistic, and strength based approach, I believe in weaving mindfulness, spiritual practices, and client-centered therapy in order to support clients in their discovery of connecting their subconscious and conscious patterns in order to deeply heal and find liberation from within. I will support you through your journey of identifying your true self: your strengths, gifts, goals, dreams, and anything else you discover along the way.
I have a safe, warm, and nurturing style in counseling sessions. I strive to help clients move through what no longer serves them and develop a greater sense of clarity and grounding in their day to day lives.
I specialize in trauma-informed care, treating anxiety and depression, as well as supporting life transitions. My purpose is to hold space for clients to connect with themselves, reflect back their gifts, and work through anything that may arise. I have a unique way of blending Intuitive and clinical feedback while supporting individuals to connect to their own inner wisdom and discover their own truth.
Growth is a process. I enjoy walking with my clients through the stages of change as experience has taught me that there’s always something amazing and powerful waiting for them on the other side.

David Martino, a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, has provided direct care to patients age 12 years and older for the past eight years. He has extensive clinical experience in diagnosis and medication management, including complex cases with multiple overlapping psychiatric diagnoses, dual diagnosis, and co-occurring medical problems. David earned a Bachelor of Art in English from Regis College, a Master of Theological Studies from The University of Notre Dame, and a Master of Science in Nursing from Boston College. David’s broad educational background helps him to recognize how psychosocial factors, including trauma, affect a person’s condition and the importance of ongoing evaluation of the appropriateness of pharmacotherapy.
