Allison Skye is a licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of  Massachusetts who has 20 years of experience addressing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions and anger management with adults over the age of 18. She completed her Master of  Education in Mental Health counseling and her Certificates in Advanced Studies in Family Therapy at the University of Massachusetts. 

She has had successful outcomes using a solution focused based, cognitive behavioral, strength based and mindfulness approach for therapy while maintaining a flexible awareness to meeting the unique challenges of the individual.

 A warm and caring atmosphere is essential and created where change can occur and choices can be made that enhance desires while meeting the goals to be obtained. Taking that first step can be difficult in making these new changes and choices in life and yet can be very beneficial at the same time.

Angela Basso, LMHC

Philosophy of Care

Angela Basso is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida who has 8 years of experience serving adults and couples seeking help with depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, spirituality, addictions and relationship issues. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Communication and received her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the ground campus at University of Phoenix in Arizona. Angela is a Master Certified Addiction Professional and is skilled with Accelerated Resolution Therapy for treating trauma.

Angela utilizes existential, motivational, strengths-based, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, and schema focused approaches to therapy. She is flexible and engages in collaboration to create individualized treatment plans tailored for the unique needs of each individual and couple.

Carly Wilson, LICSW

Carly Wilson is a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW).  Ms. Wilson received her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Saint Anselm College in 2009 and went on to achieve her MSW from Boston College in 2014. Ms. Wilson has extensive experience providing individual therapy and group therapy for veterans, active duty military personnel, corrections, and first responders.  Additionally, Ms. Wilson has experience working with youth and adolescent clients. Ms. Wilson is skilled in CBT, MI, and Solution Focused Therapy as modalities to help her clients achieve their self identified goals. 

In addition to hr clinical practice, Ms. Wilson was nominated for and received a 10 Under 10 Award  from Saint Anselm College. This recognition program aims to celebrate and showcase the successes of Saint Anselm's young alumni who have graduated within the past 10 years and are already shaping the future. 

Debra Lund, LMHC

Philosophy of Care

Deb Lund is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Deb brings to bear nearly 20 years of experience helping children, adolescents, adults, and families cope with ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse. Deb attended Assumption College, where she earned a CAGS and a MA in Rehabilitation Counseling.  She also attended Worcester State University, where she earned a BA in Elementary Education, including a minor in Psychology with a Concentration in Developmental Disabilities. Other coursework includes Substance Abuse Counseling and Psychology. 

Deb uses evidence-based modalities, including individualized motivational interviewing, mindfulness exercises, and cognitive-behavioral techniques. She likes to refer to herself as a GPS  during the therapeutic journey; she explains that we can't always see our destination when we start together, but between us, we will get you and your family where you want to be.

Deb uses her natural compassion and sense of humor to assist in developing collaborative relationships with patients and families. Her goal is to help those she works with to reach their full potential and realize their goals through a combination of teamwork and advocacy.

Edwin Japheth Agbonavbare is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in the state of  Massachusetts who has about 18 years' experience in the field of mental health as both a  mental health counselor, a registered nurse, and a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner  who has worked relentlessly with children, adults, and families seeking help with depression,  anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, schizophrenia spectrum, conduct disorder, oppositional  dysregulation disorder, life transitions, life issues and relationship issues. He completed his  Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Salem State University and received his Master of Science  in Nursing from Walden University as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.  

Edwin utilizes evidence-based, collaborative, mindfulness based, solution focused and  emotionally focused approaches to therapy always maintaining the creativity, flexibility and  awareness necessary to best meet the needs of every unique individual and couple. He also  bases his medication prescription technique from experience, and the utilization of evidence based practice to effectively manage the disease process of every individual.

Being an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with over 30 years of practice as both a Board Certified Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist and a Family Nurse Practitioner, I believe I will be able to help you navigate through complex psychiatric issues.

I perform psychiatric diagnostic evaluations, medication management, therapy and counseling.

Shannon Gutschick, LCMHC

Life can be complicated. Sometimes it’s your thinking, the way in which you see the world or unresolved painful experiences that can complicate things even more. Shannon embraces the idea that therapy can serve as a means for which your thoughts can be explored and experiences worked out. She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to assist clients in achieving the goals that they decide on together.  

Shannon has a deep appreciation for the military having previously served herself and having also been a military spouse. She has a true understanding of the military lifestyle and the stressors that face this population. She has great compassion for the issues unique to women as well. Shannon truly enjoys couples therapy and respects the dynamic of two people seeking to improve their relationship. She approaches couples therapy from the neutral perspective that there is no right or wrong person in a relationship.

Tracey Nicolosi, LMHC

Tracey Nicolosi was most recently the Vice President of Addictions, Youth Residential, and Education at Beth Israel Lahey Health Behavioral Services (BILH BS). In this position, Nicolosi provided clinical and administrative oversight to 12 programs composing the BILH BS continuum of care for substance use disorders. Prior to that position, she served as the Director of Quality Assurance and Licensing/State Opioid Treatment Authority for the Massachusetts Department of Public Health/Bureau of Substance Addiction Services. She has also worked with MBHP/Beacon Health Options and Habit OPCO as Regional Director. She holds an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 20 years of experience treating individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. Tracey was also one of the 2019 recipients of the Nyswander/Dole Award, a national award in recognition of outstanding achievement in the treatment of individuals with opioid use disorder.

Venturiely Grullon, LMHC

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  I have had the opportunity of working with various populations and to be part of the healing journey of many individuals and families.  I have worked in residential mental health settings as well as inpatient substance abuse centers, which has provided me with understanding and knowledge of various populations: substance abuse disorders, mental health disorders and dual diagnosis.

I have experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, family cultural conflicts and LGBTQ matters in the community and within the family systems. My background and experience has provided me with understanding of cultural diversity and family dynamics. I am fluent in Spanish.

I received a BA in International Studies at Russell Sage College in Troy, NY.  I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Antioch University in Keene, NH.

Wendy Barry, PMHNP

Philosophy of Care

Wendy Barry is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who has over 14 years of nursing experience.  Wendy completed her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing degree at Fitchburg College, which is now Fitchburg University, in Fitchburg Massachusetts.  She completed her Masters of Science in Nursing at Regis College in Weston Massachusetts. Wendy bases her treatment on the biopsychosocial model and evidence-based practices.

Wendy understands that medication is only a part of the picture within the biopsychosocial model of mental health.  Her practice in medication is "start low and go slow", which is considered a standard of care in psychiatry.  She is a strong supporter of collaborative care and will work with other providers to maintain client's optimal health.  As a prescriber Wendy takes on the role of consult and encourages clients to feel confident in their psychiatric care.  She does this by asking questions, answering questions, and encouraging clients take the lead in their care.

Amy Fini, LMHC

Philosophy of Care

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s in Counseling from Fitchburg State University. I have many years of experience at different employment levels within the human services field. I have worked for a variety of services including; intensive family services, clinic-based outpatient services, and school-based counseling. 

My approach utilizes a blend of Humanistic Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. In my time serving the community, I have had the pleasure completing advanced training in multiple evidence-based trauma treatments. Additionally, I became trained in the Level 1 Gottman Method to couples counseling. 

I am an outgoing, and energetic clinician who values rapport and trust as one of the most important steps in counseling. I understand that seeking a counselor and beginning this journey can be scary. This is why I will work hard at making it a comfortable experience, where your voice is heard, and validated. My hope is to help as many people as I can, and guide everyone I service toward their personal goals.

David Martino, NP

Philosophy of Care

David Martino, a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, has provided direct care to patients age 12 years and older for the past eight years. He has extensive clinical experience in diagnosis and medication management, including complex cases with multiple overlapping psychiatric diagnoses, dual diagnosis, and co-occurring medical problems. David earned a Bachelor of Art in English from Regis College, a Master of Theological Studies from The University of Notre Dame, and a Master of Science in Nursing from Boston College. David’s broad educational background helps him to recognize how psychosocial factors, including trauma, affect a person’s condition and the importance of ongoing evaluation of the appropriateness of pharmacotherapy.

As a member of the LGBTQ community, David is keenly aware of the influence that social oppression and the questioning of one’s own sexual orientation and/or gender identity can have on a person’s well-being and clinical presentation. In session, he makes a point to explore various treatment options, including referral to professionals in other areas of expertise.

Noelle Kiley is a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. Her education includes a Master of Arts degree in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University and a Master of Science in Nursing degree with a psychiatric/mental health specialty from the University of Rochester. Noelle has 12 years experience in the field of mental health, working in a variety of settings. 

Noelle's clinical practice includes psychiatric assessments & diagnoses, patient education, and treatment plans that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual patient. She offers a compassionate patient-centered and holistic approach to medication management and psychotherapy, while also collaborating with the patient's healthcare providers in order to provide comprehensive and safe treatment. Noelle has a particular interest in the benefits of mindfulness, meditation, and yoga for a variety of mental health concerns.

Theresa Damien, PMHNP-BC

Theresa M. Damien CNP, PMHNP is a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Ms. Damien has over 13 years experience as a registered nurse with over 9 years of diverse clinical experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She earned her degree at Regis College where she was inducted into the nursing honor society, Sigma Theta Tau. Ms. Damien is dually certified as a Certified Addictions Registered Nurse-Advanced Practice and active member of International Nursing Society on Addictions (IntNSA) and the American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA). 

Ms. Damien is a dedicated provider and nurse educator. She continues educate undergraduate and graduate nursing students in the clinical and academic setting. She continues to contribute as a peer content reviewer for the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, APNA, and, IntNSA. 

She has worked as a nurse , providing care in medical and mental health settings. Her approach to patient care is patient centered and holistic. Compassion and collaboration are essential to ensure the patient's mental health goals are prioritized. She looks forward to working with you to obtain your best health.
