Thriveworks Buffalo is looking for a fully licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-R) to join our fast-growing practice in the Buffalo, NY area!
At Thriveworks Buffalo, we offer qualified candidates an inviting, professional, and beautifully furnished, private-practice counseling environment. Thriveworks Buffalo therapists need not worry about all the administrative duties and general overhead costs that typically come with private practice, as we handle all billing, initial scheduling, marketing (both online and in the community), cover liability insurance costs, and pay for some continuing education courses. **If a clinician is not yet credentialed, we will get them credentialed on all major insurance panels, at no cost to the provider.
We are seeking full-time or part-time candidates. A hired therapist will provide mental health counseling to a variety of clientele in our beautiful Williamsville, NY office.

Required Qualifications:
- Fully licensed therapist: LCSW (candidates must be licensed to practice in the State of New York)
- Therapist must have their R-number (LCSW-R) or be at the end of the process of getting their R-number (If a candidate is not credentialed with insurance companies, we will get them credentialed)
- Experience counseling individuals and couples
- Outpatient counseling experience
- A positive approach to therapy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Technologically savvy (for working with electronic health records)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Child & Adolescent Therapy
- Providers already credentialed on some insurance panels
