If you are an existing client at Thriveworks Blacksburg and you have a question or request with regards to billing, receipts, statements, insurance, etc., please email BlacksburgSupport@thriveworks.com. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, call your therapist directly for the fastest service. Be sure to give at least a 23.5 hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
