Mindfulness 101: Everyday Mindfulness Skills
Learn and practice a powerful way to cope with the stresses of life in a supportive group environment. Using the wisdom from ancient eastern traditions and modern neurobiology this 4-Class series will teach the basic principles of mindfulness as well as how to:
- Detach from the chattering mind
- Utilize coping strategies to reduce stress
- Develop a more compassionate internal dialog
- Improve awareness of emotions in the body
- Learn Compassionate Communication skills to improve your relationship
Go beyond a 10-20 minute meditation practice by learning to be mindful all day long.
