Cynthia completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and received her Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Lindenwood University.
Cynthia believes that building a strong therapeutic relationship to help you work through issues like stress management, depression, anxiety, relationships, and many more will optimize how to get your life on the track you desire. Cynthia starts with a client centered approach to assist you with developing goals to reach your full potential wherever you are in life. Shanna Brende is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of MO, and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of KS, who has been working in the behavioral health field for over 25 years. She has experience working with various segments of the population including children, teenagers, and adults suffering with mental health and/or substances abuse.
