My practice philosophy is to integrate an eclectic mix of modalities to individualize treatment and assist clients in resolving the issues causing distress in their lives.  I will support clients on their journey to acceptance of self and others. I will encourage clients to reach their potential whatever it may be.  I model critical thinking and problem solving to demonstrate skills necessary to navigate the complexities of life. Most of all I provide a safe, secure, professional, environment for clients to express their thoughts and feelings without judgment.

Brooke Davis, LCSW

Philosophy of Care

Brooke is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) holding a degree in Psychology from Florida State University and a Masters Degree in Social Work from University of Central Florida. With over 20 years experience she has worked in a variety of settings and with multiple age groups. Her approach is to create a warm and welcoming environment for the clients she serves to promote a safe space for healing and empowerment. As a natural listener and communicator, she has a passion for hearing people’s stories and interacting along side them to help make sense of their experience and emotions. She finds joy in the unique qualities of each of her clients and is compelled to find connection points with them. She uses a variety of techniques including a strength based and person centered approach with a solution focused outcome. She believes in a therapeutic process as a means to health and wholeness with the belief that every person can benefit from therapy. Brooke’s mission is for healing to take place in a nonjudgmental, empathetic and nurturing environment.

Brooke holds a certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy, an advanced certification in Hospice and Palliative Care, and a certificate In program development from the Dougy Center (The National Center for Grieving Children and Families.) She has extensive experience, but not limited to, grief, loss, trauma, anxiety, depression and adjustments disorders. Edna PetitHomme is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in the state of Florida. Her education includes a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and a Master’s in Family Medicine from Florida Atlantic University. She received her Post master’s Certificate in Psychiatry at Florida State University.

She has training and experience treating and monitoring patient with psychiatric disorders. She has worked in community mental health serving and advocating for jailed individuals. Edna possess strong clinical skills enhanced by her ability to build rapport with patients. Edna follows evidenced based guidelines with clinical experience.

Ivy has started out as a patient technician at a drug rehab facility, moved to in-patient psychiatric hospital, and started working as a bedside nurse for two years. While being a bedside nurse for two years, Ivy has completed her master’s degree at Florida International University for her ARNP.

Ivy’s practice philosophy is to be holistic and individualize treatment. She wants to create a trusting relationship with her patients so that she can provide the best treatment. Ivy wants to provide a safe space for her clients, while maintain a professional environment.

Leonie Sistrat is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in the state of Florida who is a highly motivated, dedicated and compassionate nursing professional with over 10 years of experience delivering quality patient-centered care. Lisa Lello, LMHC

Philosophy of Care

Lisa Lello is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida and a Licensed Clinical Counselor in the state of California. Lisa has 13 years of experience connecting with children, adults, couples, and individuals with developmental disabilities seeking help with a variety of mental health ailments. Dr. Jacques has been in the medical field for a total of 20 years and has been practicing psychiatry for the past four years.
