Laura-Marie Tusi, LMHC
Philosophy of Care
Healing is not for the faint of heart, rather it is a journey and not a destination. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, mood swings, trauma, life transitions, substance abuse, religious struggles, couples/marital issues, family relationships, myriad of medical issues, and/or loses of different combinations, we will work together to achieve the goals you desire in a holistic manner. We all need someone to talk with in a world of "virtual reality" to work through the treasures of our hearts that we hold dear. Be encouraged, you are not alone.
In therapy, we will use a myriad of different skills and techniques that are tailored specifically for you and your needs/goals. We all have different personalities and ways that we perceive the world, in which, we need to learn how to manage the different stressors that arise.
Talking to a stranger about your hurt, pain, sorrow, disappointments, is not easy. But you have the strength within you to reach out for help where you will have a warm and welcoming space awaiting you. We will work together towards your goals, and you will always be encouraged as you know yourself more than anyone else will ever.
