					<description><![CDATA[Lightbox therapy has shown to be highly effective in treating SAD. You need to have a minimum of 10,000 lux (or 100 footcandles) provided from the lightbox and to be received by the eyes (no eyes closed or sleeping during this). You can have this as a table mount or mounted above you with 2 ft. The Kelvin temperature (or CCT) should be at least 3000K (a more white light).. Exposure should last at least 20 min per day - after 7-10 days you should be feeling better. Keeping this schedule daily is best.]]></description>
