Your redundancy is called &quot;fighting in depth&quot; in combat and I love it in the business world as much as in the military.  You are right when you indicate the moment one person is the sole purveyor of knowledge the boss should be in terror.  This happens all the time in business and the Army...then we spend endless hours re-creating the wheel so to speak and everyone suffers.  The best part is that you have built awareness and systems to counter the problem.  Well done...well done indeed.]]></description>
