					<description><![CDATA[Thanks for pointing out that you should let your therapist know if you are having a hard time sharing in session so that they can help you open up. I am thinking about going to counseling to help with my mental health. I come from a family that doesn&#039;t really talk about our struggles, so I think it will be hard for me. Having a mental health counselor that can help me open up would be really beneficial for me, I think.]]></description>
