Hi,
I only take private pay in my practice, however, just got recently approved with Cigna as an in-network provider. I applied when I thought I needed to open up to insurance companies but decided not to. I tell my patients that I do not accept insurance and they have been willing to pay out of pocket. Can I still provide the patient a superbill when they request it even when I am in-network and not accepting Cigna patients in my practice any longer?
