My infant is almost four months and as a first time mom I can completely relate to 99.9% of your article (still have yet to ask family for help). I have cried more than a dozen times, felt that I have regretted not being prepared enough, and if felt like the worst mother in the world to this human who did not ask to be here. Then when times are better, I could not have asked for a more perfect baby to call my own. Thank you for this. I cried while reading it but I feel so much better.
