I have been having trouble expressing my emotions ever since my mother has passed away last month, and my wife has been having a difficult time understanding my grief since her mother passed away when she was young. Perhaps I should contact a professional that can help me through this difficult time.

It is strange in that my wife of 25 years has died and my daughter of 24 years is coping whereas I want my life to be with her at this point ,she says she has never seen me like this ,it seems so unfair that she is coping and I am not

Ever since my wife passed away, I have noticed that my son has been frustrated with me and no longer attends school even though he used to be well-behaved. Maybe I should find a way to help him approach the grief that he is feeling.
