I am in the field 7 yrs. I have seen the big company you are describing above and I have recently joined a smaller organization. the above info is perfect advise!! I just want to know how you amortize your clients that are in school and want that after 330pm time slot. you can’t fit everyone in south jersey after 330pm. so we have offered the school note, the appt time 2pm and after as that counts as a full day. hiccups like this cause cancellations and then sometimes clients that discharge themselves due to not wanting to deal with the school consequences. again you can only fit so many clients in on a Saturday and therapists feel the wknds are prime time and also takes away from their own family time when they are dedicated mon-Friday. feedback please, thanks LMA
