There are some good points in this article, but for the most part, I disagree with much of it. I run a group practice with 12 providers, most of whom share office space and do so easily. As the practice founder, and now business coach, I also know that there are many ways to build your income beyond the dollars for hours approach. Just takes a little creativity.... :)

I don't mind doing the Franklyn. I've been in practice over 20 years in solo practice. Running about 30 hours a week. Don't know how to grow other than taking on another therapist. Do I need to get a coach? Comfortable in what I do. Is it time to get out of my comfort zone.
