Hello,

I'm in a similar situation and have a few additional questions. I'm moving from one state to another and have renamed my practice. I now have the active business license in both states and am wondering if I need to have existing clients re-sign paperwork under the new business name? Or just sign an addendum/acknowledgement of name change?

Is it possible to schedule a consultation to talk about this in more depth?

Sincerely,
Elizabeth
