I have had to train my body back into exercise after being sedentary for too long. It seemed nearly impossible, but in taking baby steps, I have come a long way in gaining strength, endurance, and muscle tone. Now that I&#039;m on a roll, and seeing results, I am encouraged. The key for me: taking baby steps and not trying to do too much too soon.]]></description>
