					<description><![CDATA[In college, whenever I&#039;d have to do a group project, I&#039;d always sigh because most times, there would be one person in the group who didn&#039;t want to do much of anything, or they wouldn&#039;t show up at meeting times to participate or give ideas. But since the grade was for the whole group, we just had to plug along and finish the project. I remember feeling resentment for having to do more than my fair share of the work. But in the end, I learned a lot about teamwork and what it entailed--as I suspect was the teacher&#039;s take-home point.

I like that you talk about the family as being a team. Some people may not think about it in that manner, but that is exactly what a family is--a team, with everyone having his or her own role.]]></description>
