For many years I worked with clients employed within the Health Service a high majority for whom English was a second language. They were located in hospitals throughout the country working on dialysis units. Travel was impossible and telephone was an option that gave many the chance to enter into a therapeutic relationship and a lifeline of support. I had also worked with individuals with sight impairment or no vision and felt comfortable working this way.
I continue to offer telephone, Skype and FaceTime and believe that we can use technology to benefit our work.]]></description>
