What a great question!
This is an interesting situation because you won’t really have the chance to process it with your former clients.
My profile is so un-exclusive and open-to-the-public that I would probably approve both of them, but taking the opposite approach would be understandable as well.

Your article on Social Networking with Clients is very helpful.
What is your take on accepting FB friend requests from former clients of a year ago or clients who came once recently and quit coming? I have two such pending requests on my facebook page and have been debating whether to accept them or not.
