I agree with every single word written here! In smaller businesses employees have more important role rather than in huge organization. They can either fail the business or lead it to prosper. So finding proper team is one of the most crucial and hardest things in business. Also I would like to add to the point that people have to separate their businesses from personal. In some cases people take the whole profit the small business gives them, but it is important to understand that money needs to circulate in that business and many investments are also needed in order to make that business successful.
