					<description><![CDATA[If anyone is looking for the magic bullet well they are going to be sorely disappointed but Anthony...you are sharing effective measures we can all take over time.  It is about more than just going back to the grind day after day isn&#039;t it?  We should get back to being a little idealistic.  We should embrace trends and changes in our clientele.  I love the part about not betting the farm best.  It illustrates that we can do the right things along and along without getting so radical we destroy everything trying to reinvent ourselves.  This is a good system my friend.  Thank you.]]></description>
