I am a solo private practitioner who specializes in geriatric psychiatry. I will also see younger adults from time to time. I have been in this practice for almost 25y and plan to retire at the end of the yr. There are > 600 active patients. I am a Medicare/Medicaid provider. I would like to sell the practice. Would it be a saleable practice w/ these particulars? Is it worth while to consult a broker for the sale?
