I understand your frustration, I feel like my partner is either a narcissist or narcissistic npd. I’m not a professional but I kept asking myself why he sometimes has no empathy. And thid is where is lead me. I have three kids, we have been off and on for 11 years now. Our youngest is one and my mental health is drained. How do you keep from breaking down with people like this. I wish I knew what warning signs were when we were younger or the red flags. I wish I could get my partner to seek therapy or counseling but he refuses. So I pray that you are able to also find help for your partner.
