I recently retired from government service as a psychotherapist at age 62. I really want to pursue a private practice, but I do not desire to deal with the hassles of collecting from insurance or state funding. I am looking to do cash only, confidential sort of concierge practice. I am fully licensed dually in NC in human services.

Can you suggest a paid company or agency who can advise me or guide me on setting up a practice and can tell me how to navigate the maze of paperwork and needed forms with steps/procedures needed … somewhat of a (“crudely) “counselor in a box?”

You are certainly aware of such concerns. Please tell me some options.
