Forming healthy, diverse relationships: Seek sweet spots of mutual interest early in conversation. Over time you will then have cultivated diverse allies and thus be able to collectively see more sides of a situation and thus be able to make smarter decisions faster about a potential problem or opportunity. + Become more quotable: Get specific sooner and you’ll boost credibility and memorability. A great way to do that is to offer an apt detail or story or example. The specific detail can prove a general conclusion yet not the opposite. Hint: adopt a mutuality mindset. Recognize that healthy relationships are based, not on a quid pro quo but an ebb and flow of mutual support over time

It’s so important to connect and create friendships.
Friendflluence is the word I use to explain the importance of friendships.
I travel the world solo, and the first thing I do when I set foot in a new country is to talk to people, create connections and in the long term, lifetime friendships evolve.

Sometimes I stay in one location several months or even a year, and I want to feel like I belong, so connecting is the only way!
It’s why I support and help people in creating connections, and avoid loneliness or homesickness!
