I have the same problem! I suggested that if it was me that was so wrong that i wanted to know it and have help with my issues and would love to have his love and support along the way. As usual that answer did not work either. With some people there just is not an answer that involves them being partly to blame or accept any resonsabilty. It will always be you that is wrong no matter what.

Thanks for pointing out that having regular couples meetings with your spouse helps set a culture in the relationship where it is safe and okay to bring up issues so they can be addressed. My husband and I are thinking about going to see a marriage and family therapist because we think it would be good for our relationship with each other and for our relationship with our kids. I think that couples meetings coupled with the therapy would really help us to communicate better with each other and improve our relationship overall.
