Most do not understand the clinical construct of psychopathy and its relatedness to the older classification as a sociopath.  More specifically, they are unaware that psychopathy and criminogenics are completely divergent.  Meaning, psychopathy does not equal criminality.  The PCL-R 2nd ed., as an actuarial measure, most assuredly provides more accuracy in clinical diagnosis.  Again, thank you for this post.]]></description>
