We have a huge office and due to COVID-19 and are looking for counselors and therapists to rent out 4 different individual offices as well as 3 group therapy rooms. Great advice! I have a question. I have been subletting my own office for 6 years, but I am looking to relocate my practice. I am considering renting a suite and subletting the other officer to a colleague. We both want our offices full-time. If the total rent is $1,400 monthly plus utilities, what is an advisable amount and terms to charge my colleague? I imagine I need a security deposit from her, too. Can you please help with its some guidelines? Thank you.
